My husband's been here before but yesterday (7/13/25) was the first time we took our son (4yrs) here. We've been to SM & OC Great Clips and usually left unhappy. Samantha at St Francis location did my son's hair and OMG, out of all the Great Clips we've been to, this has been the greatest exp for my son. Samantha was so personable, explained every step, let him touch the clippers so he wouldn't be afraid & had all the patience in the world and did such a great job. This is def going to be our go-to place and hopefully, we'll always get Samantha for my son!

Chachi was my hairstylist n was great. Very friendly n personable. Asked questions on how I wanted my hair n made sure it was what I wanted before she cut it. Made me feel comfortable. Definitely go back. With March Madness coupon was only 10.00 plus tip
