These guys made sure we were taken care of and made sure the job was done right and in a timely manner. We had a lot of storm damage due to a hole in our roof.The paint tone came out a different color in our room and they made sure to match what we were looking for. Much appreciated.Joey, Jack, and Rick are incredible people.Thank you guys.

I've called twice in search of a company to help us with some water damage that is covered by insurance, and talked to a scheduler both times. The first was July 22nd and the second was September 22nd . The second time I was told I was marked as urgent. I have yet to receive a call back. Going to give my business to someone else.

I am so pleased with this company and their employees. They went above and beyond making sure everything was perfect. They were always on time consulted with me every step of the job. They repaired the damage to the ceilings that looked better than the original construction. I would highly recommend them.Services: Painting

When you have an electrical fire in your home it is very scary as it is possible a secondary fire might start.Rick came because both my insurance agent and I called him to confirm there was a fire. As a women sometimes men doubt what you say and this fire made me feel like everyone was doing that.However, Rick came and told me not to feel that way because electrical fires have a distinct smell and if I smelt one I shouldn't doubt it.He inspected my home and has confirmed, yes there was an electrical fire and told me the next step is to find where the fire started and how do we get the house fixed.He was very easy to talk with, knowledgeable, friendly, and also helpful.I will write more once the work on my home gets started.

An absolute pleasure dealing with the Archer group. From the initial call to Rick about water damage to my 100 year old Reclaimed Floor, he was on the job, with massive (and loud) equipment. The floors were able to be saved and the restoration turned into a Basement Remodel opportunity.The commitment and professionalism of the VERY skilled carpenter/contractors, was second to none. Jon Clark couldn't have been any more attentive to our needs, and offered excellent solutions at every turn. His unbelievable carpenter skills with Reclaimed Barnwood and Corrugated Tin, gave us a truly "Better Homes and Garden" finished product. The best finish carpenter that I have ever seen.In addition, he showed up EVERY DAY, over a 3 month period. When the final touches were being put on, he was at our cabin from 7:30am to 9:00pm, with NO breaks, to complete the job within the timeframe that he was tasked with.Well done Archer Restoration Services!Services: Water damage cleanup
