Air Flow Mechanical Inc.

I highly recommend Air Flow Mechanical! Les installed our new Furnace and A/C. A few things that really stood out about Air Flow Mechanical:

- Les asked a lot of questions about the house and took the time to understand what we actually needed rather than simply replacing equipment with something similar. I sent him a home-performance test we had completed last year, and he used that information to help properly size the new system.
- He gave us realistic timeframes and showed up when he said he would.

Highly recommend!! Les (the owner) does all the work & came out the same day I called when our outdoor compressor stopped running on the AC. He had all the tools and parts on hand and fixed it within 30 mins. He was very communicative throughout the entire repair and also taught me what was happening. He is extremely fair in pricing and looks to repair over upselling you on expensive new units! This experience is exactly what you hope for from a small town/small business—honest, fair pricing, quick & friendly service without the upselling or high overhead pricing. I won’t make any other calls except to Les for any future issues.

If I could give 10 stars, I would. This is the second time he’s saved me. He originally couldn’t get here until Thursday because he was slammed, then unexpectedly texted me Tuesday evening saying he was on his way. He diagnosed two separate issues with my A/C, had the parts with him, and got us back up and running that night. Fair price, knowledgeable, and goes above and beyond. I can’t recommend him enough.
