I just had Home Insulation install two skylights and they did a great job. Bennett was a pro at operating the crane to gently lift the 'biggest skylight he'd ever installed' to the second story roof of an 1880's building. All three workers were efficient, pleasant and great to work with. It wasn't easy to find someone to do this job, so I greatly appreciated how things turned out. The cost wasn't as bad as I was thinking it would be, so that was a bonus! I would highly recommend them.
I am giving these guys four stars based solely on customer service. They could not provide the service I needed, but still took the time to return my call and help me. When it was apparent he couldn't do the work I needed, the sales rep explained why, then gave me the names and numbers of businesses that could. He had nothing to gain from it, but took the time out of his busy day to explain the different kinds of insulation, what I would need in particular and how they are all applied. I can only imagine the customer service they will provide when they can actually do the job for you.
I can't think of a better group of guys to work with. Friendly, dependable and knowledgeable from my experience. I would recommend home insulation for for a superior product and great customer experience.
