We love scenic Bluffs pest control! It has made the last two summers, not only bearable, but enjoyable in our nice big backyard! Kevin is always willing to jump in and help if we are struggling with a breakthrough in between spraying! He is a wealth of knowledge for all things bugs! He is extremely trustworthy! We would highly recommend Kevin!!
I am still getting used to living alone after the death of my husband in October 2024 and when an unexpected guest flew through my semi-dark living room while I was watching TV last night, I was pretty rattled. After my son-in-law and neighbor guy (bless their hearts) were unable pin down the bat's exact location in the bedroom where he'd flown, I blocked the openings under the bedroom door and kept it contained until this morning. My daughter made contact with Kevin at 8:30 a.m.(after being treated incredibly rudely over the phone by another pest control company—looking at you Deboer). I truly cannot emphasize enough how impressed I am by Scenic Bluffs Pest Control- Kevin is incredibly kind, professional, skilled and knowledgeable. My mom had a bat in her house and after I contacted him, he set up a time to come handle it. He captured it humanely, quickly, and efficiently, figured out how the bat likely made it into her home in the first place, and was willing to take care of the areas in question. I would recommend this company to literally ANYONE, and although I hope to never encounter a situation where pest control is needed, if it does happen, I can assure you that Kevin will be the first person I call! What a lifesaver- thanks again, Kevin!
