All the associates are so knowledgeable and friendly making your shopping experience fun and insightful. I really like the newsletter and emails I receive updating events and new services offered. I have been working out with Emily for about six months now and have noticed a huge difference in my strength, balance and movement. Emily does a great job checking in at the beginning of each session asking how I’m feeling. She pivots workouts if needed depending on how I feel. She is super encouraging, explains everything in a way that makes sense, and keeps workouts fun but challenging! In the six months we have been working together, I have started to already see changes in not only my appearance, but my confidence as well! I personally feel her rates are reasonably priced for the quality 1x1 training you get! I am so glad I started working out with her and can’t wait to see more of my journey!
