I've had some pretty bad landlords in the past but these guys were professional and were a pleasure to rent through. We took very good care of our apartment and made sure it was spotless before we left, and they gave us back our whole security deposit which was exciting. They also had great communication with us! Highly recommend!

Jenkins property management has done a wonderful job with our rental! They provide great communication for the renters and from the renters. Jenkins Property Management has managed two renters in our rental. Between each renter they communicate about possible needs of the rental and are always clear about costs. There are no hidden fees from Jenkins Property Management I highly recommend them!
