I reached out to Schmitt Sanitation and left a voicemail around 6:30am. Around 7:30am or so I received a call from Matt. I discussed my situation and Matt said that he could get to me later in the day. He was there by 10:00! Now I call that service!! Matt was so kind and considerate. He asked me if he could drive over my driveway due to the distance of the tanks from the road. That was a very nice gesture. Over the course of an hour Matt called me a few times to let me know what he found or noticed. I was so appreciative of Matt keeping me informed and helping me out so quickly. I will from now on always call Matt from Schmitt Sanitary for all my tank pumping needs!”
