Good place I’m a little disappointed on the fact it says open on the app but closed when I show up nobody is there definitely annoying

Really wanted to love this place! We took friends from Minneapolis here to show them small towns can have cool activities too. Showed up 10 minutes before our reservation, and there was just one guy running the whole place. It took a while for him to take care of some customers, then he had to cash them out before helping us check in, which took about 15 minutes. So, we got shorted 5 minutes...no big deal. Then, we played zombie dodgeball. The simulator wouldn't pick up on throws to the right side of the screen but it was still kind of fun. We tried football and soccer, then finished up with basketball which froze on us with about 10 minutes left on our reservation. By the time the poor worker got to us, our time was up. So we got shorted again.
We had also ordered food which wasn't ready until after we were done. One of the two pizzas was burned badly. I'm so sorry for the worker who was running around like a chicken with his head cut off, trying to prepare food, serve drinks, check in customers, cash them out, and troubleshoot problems....ALL ON HIS OWN. Totally an impossible situation.
The good news is this place has potential. They need to be properly staffed with AT LEAST one person devoted to food/drinks and another to help customers with the simulators. As-is, TBox was barely functional and a comedy of errors.
We left embarrassed and apologetic to our friends, who I'm sure have a very bad impression of the rinky-dink operation in our small town.
I really hope they iron out issues and properly staff the place. I want to love it, and might give it another shot in the future.

Very understaffed and the food was not very good. I felt bad for the one employee trying to run the whole place on a Saturday night

Braydon was such a great host! He knew so much about the simulators and made the experience so fun and friendly! Truly a great way to spend time with friends!

Terrible customer service. We've tried to support the business several times over the last 6 months on various days of the week to find it unexpectedly closed when the website says it is open i.e. Wednesday/Thursday evenings. Other times we've been able to play but there is just one person in charge of cooking, waiting tables, and serving the bays. No way is that effective customer service. Just today I called several times to get no answer. So we showed up hoping to play and the girl said nope, we're full when there was an open bay. I realize it was reserved in the next 20 minutes but it is frustrating that I called to check on availability and no one answered! How hard is it to answer the phone? To at least give people a heads up that they're full for the evening. So we drove 30 minutes to not be able to play. I'd really like to support your business as we are a big golfing family but we have keep having bad experiences. I'm super disappointed!

decided to make a stop here and i’m glad i did. hunter is great and i think he deserves a raise. he helped me count my change and also wiped the counter every 10 minutes.
