I've been to four VA clinics and tried non-VA clinics. This one has been my favorite. My primary Dr. and staff are helpful. They do everything they can and have helped with every health concern I had. I know they are also understaffed. My Doc is all business and I don't expect her to be fluff, she's there to take care of my health. I appreciate that, that's military grade. Get to know the staff, let them take care of you, and make sure to show you care for them.

Always on time appointments...and treated well..way better than driving 104 miles 1 way to Minneapolis..seems like when calling though, it gets rerouted to MPLS..and then there is the biggest problem I have with them..wait time is Pathetic if trying to schedule an appointment.

Being a new enrollee I was apprehensive about the "hoops" I might need to jump through on this initial visit. My fears were put to ease immediately when the receptionist treat me with the utmost respect and clearly explained what was going on. The nurse and doctor were very understanding about any questions I had and made sure I understood the answers. Absolutely first rate personnel and attitude, friendly while maintaining a professional posture.
