Dr. Woods had stopped as we were dealing with a medical emergency with our dog across from his clinic. He offered guidance to help us get her to a place that could help her as his clinic was closed on a Sunday. We thank you for stopping to see if there was anything you could do to help. He was a kind person and one who seems to truly care about your animal.

Was able to get my kitty in for a spay within 4 weeks (for our area that's quick!) They're very reasonably priced (again for our area that's a shocker!) The staff called with a reminder the day before & to go over preop care. Surgery went well & I picked up a happy kitty... but on no time I could tell Prim wasn't handling the procedure/ pain well. I called in the next morning & the tech listened to my concerns but wanted to check with the doc & give me a call back. Within 20 minutes she called back with a plan of action & I was told to return immediately with kitty. They listened. They showed concern. They cared. & the visit... read full review

I brought my Rottweiler to have TPLO surgery with Rice Lake Animal Hospital and was blown away by the ease of communication, professionalism and results of the surgery. All of this was done at an affordable cost that we could not find anywhere in the Twin Cities. From the front desk staff to the surgical techs and Dr. Woods, I felt like my dog (and myself) were taken care of perfectly. I would highly recommend this clinic if you are considering TPLO surgery (ie surgery for torn ACL for us normal folks). You will not be disappointed! Thank you Dr. Woods and staff!
