Absolutely a great company! Called yesterday afternoon with a septic back up. Lady on the phone was so nice and helpful. Someone was here this morning, let us know it was in the drain field, and someone would be out in a day or two. He answered all my dumb questions and was so polite. We left the house for a few hours came home and everything was done!!! Only 24 hours after we called. Thank you so much!

Our septic froze and of course it happened over the weekend. We called and left a message on Saturday night thinking there was no way we'd hear back until Monday. They called first thing Sunday morning and were out here later that day solving our issue! We are grateful beyond words 🙏

I love Kenway Rice Lake and all of their friendly intelligent employees. They are kind and always willing to help out. They are professional and have been able to pump and maintain my septic system 24-7 that was installed in 1978 and still functions like a charm! Thank you Kenway!

i personally would not recommend this company to anyone. we have had nothing but issues. the guys that come out are very nice, however the secretary is extremely rude, and dismissive. very disappointed.

We called Kenway this morning about a plugged drain. They arrived early afternoon. Did such a professional job and we sure appreciate John and Corey's skills, expertise and very friendly character. We wanted to invite them to stay for supper!!

I recently had a blockage issue that I couldn't fix myself, I stopped in to the office and explained my situation and Kenway was there the next day. To not have to take another shower of refuse from pulling the clean out is priceless!! Kenway saved the day without a doubt, thank you guys!!
