Highly disappointed working with this company. It has been 18 months since they first came to our home and talked about the renovations we wanted to make. We were given a timeline of having our projects finished in Winter 2022/Spring 2023 but absolutely NOTHING has been done. The communication has been horrendous with several attempts at making contact going unanswered. In essence, we were completely ghosted with no explanation. They are unreliable, unprofessional and I am extremely disappointed with our time being wasted.

Called Schoeneck in Marh of 2022 to come an quote several projects for my home. The person showed up a few months (july 2022) later as scheduled and told me that they were not taking new projects in 2022 and anything would be done in 2023. I had no issue with that. The person went through the list of projects I needed done and then he would get back to me in a few weeks with a quote.Called Schoeneck in September 2022 to see if there was any information on the quote.
