“I just recently started going to Nikki for my weft hair extensions. There are not too many people in the area who I’ve found to do this service. When I first met Nikki we chatted a bit and then set up a date for a consultation to talk about my expectations and we went over the services she provides and showed me samples of the hair and colors, which is really nice to see and feel them rather then looking on the computer. I scheduled my appointment and love everything about my hair!
I haven’t been the easiest of a new client because I was going to having neck fusion surgery. From unexpectedly needing my extensions out for my MRI, to Nikki changing around appointments to accommodate my doctor appointments, to raising the wefts with a full neck brace on. I like how flexible and accommodating she has been with my health journey.

Instead of the spiral perm I asked for she gave me a perm with small rollers and burnt my hair. I left looking like a poodle. Six months later I needed a haircut.
