Alex has a great personality, pleasant to talk to as she cuts my hair. I asked about changes and she said there are new owners and they are great.
I wish I would’ve suggested she talk to them about the entranceway and outside the door.
The salon itself is very clean. The entranceway and outside need attention. Pretty sure it’s rental space so they could speak to who they rent it from.
Keep up the good work on the inside girls.
I hesitantly called for an appointment. I had had a disastrous experience at another chain salon in Rhinelaner. The beautician didn’t listen to me and chopped my hair in all different lengths. Instead of the spiral perm I asked for she gave me a perm with small rollers and burnt my hair. I left looking like a poodle. Six months later I needed a haircut. I called Cost Cutters and set up an appointment with Brittney. She was wonderful. She fixed my chopped off mess and gave me a style. I highly recommend Cost Cutters and Brittney ☺.
Jamie did an AMAZING job of fixing an impulsive bob cut! She was super professional and did a fantastic yet quick job. I was able to fit in after work and she made me feel very welcomed. I would highly recommend her!
