Jim G. did a great job at draining the water heater and checking to make sure there is no rust in the water heater and in the well system. In this neck of the woods we always need to periodically check our situation so the rust doesn’t ruin our systems. He answered all my questions and was very polite and did his job well. Thanks Jim.
Called Fraser on Sunday morning when AC not working and expected temps in high 80-90 with house guests. Jeff arrived about 2 hrs later, figured out the issue and fixed the problem. Thanks for the prompt service.
Really enjoyed having Caden W. Installing my new furnace, he was fast, very knowledgeable and happy to explain things to me. He took the time to show me how to work the new thermostat and left a booklet on it and the new furnace. Cadence also said to contact the office if I had ant questions or concerns that might pop up. Very capable young man, I enjoyed having him.
