I'm so impressed with Timothy and the whole team at Top Tier. What I thought was going to be a very costly well pump turned out to be a problem with the metal levels where I live. After confirming with my neighbor that she too has to have a metal filter, and Timothy showing me the proof both in numbers and a completely clogged up pipe, I decided to go for it. My water heater was also 30 years old and leaking so we fixed everything all in one visit. The office staff/schedulers made everything really clear and worked with me, they responded promptly to every single one of my many emails. Everything was really easy to set up. Fast, efficient, and professional assistance when I needed it most! I was amazed that the serviceman was willing to discuss a plan of action over the phone with me ( I was not at home during the service call).
