I went to Ali when I was 37 weeks pregnant with the usual hip and back pain that comes with pregnancy. I cannot recommend her enough! She even had this amazing pregnancy pillow to keep me comfortable while she was doing my back. She found spots that I didn't even know had issues. I left there feeling like a whole new person! Every time she found a new spot that was tense it made me laugh. I will be seeing her again!!!

Ali is amazing at deep tissue massage. She intuitively focuses on trouble spots and has good technique where it doesn’t hurt. I always feel very refreshed and much more loose after my sessions with her. Very needed service for my self care and muscle recovery from every day life. ?

Ali provided a massage like I’ve never experienced before. She was attentive to some chronic pain I’d been having and after only 2 massages my shoulder has felt relief for the first time in years. If you need some aches/pains worked on or just taking some time for self care, I recommend Ali!
