Vision Clinic-Dr Savin & Associates provides exceptional care, making patients feel at ease with their knowledgeable and friendly staff. They take the time to listen to concerns and ensure a positive experience. Patients appreciate the clinic's genuine concern for their well-being and leave with a smile on their face. The doctors do a great job taking care of patients. However, the office staff can be a bit rough around the edges, though not rude. Patients should be prepared to wait, as appointments can take up to 2 hours, and new glasses may take up to 2 weeks to be ready. Despite these minor inconveniences, the clinic's expertise and dedication to patient care are highly valued.
Dr. Andersen has been my optometrist for decades. In my opinion, he is the best around. He is spot on with my contact lenses and glasses prescriptions. His staff has always worked with me if any issues have come up. I can't imagine what I'll do when he decides to retire. I shudder to even think of it.
This place is really great and I’ve been going there and taking my kids there for the last 5 or 6 years. Great service, most of the staff is very friendly and there’s this lady with long brownish hair that’s super awesome. She works at the reception area and she goes out of her way to make sure my kids and I and my husband are satisfied. I would give it 5 stars but my only complaint is that I called on a Saturday to make an ointment and they were closed. But their message says that their hours on a Saturday day that they’re open until 1pm

Definitely recommend this eye clinic!
They make things easy and stress free unlike most eye places.
They got rid of all their rude staff, and now have some incredible people! It’s a completely different atmosphere now.
Shout out to Amanda at the front desk who is so kind and always makes sure you’re taken care of!
Will continue to come here even though I live an hour away!
