Very poor customer service and communication. I was told there was business parking prior to my appointment, there is not. Building is not easy idenifted from the outside. I had difficulity finding its location. I called to get some customer support and I was told I could no longer keep my appointment and would have to rescheldue. Upsetting as a first time customer coming from out of town.
About Herslof Opticians
Herslof Opticians is a family-owned and operated business that has served Wisconsin communities since 1941. They pride themselves on providing quality eye care and crafting prescription eyewear locally with attention to detail.
Patients report positive experiences with the optometrists and some staff members, describing them as helpful and positive. However, there have been complaints about the call center, with customers reporting difficulty reaching anyone and feeling dismissed when they did connect.
Overall, Herslof Opticians aims to offer innovative optical solutions and caring service, though improvements to their phone system are suggested.
Reviews
The lady working was so patient and helpful while picking out frames for a 3 year old. Honestly wonderful! She was so kind and understanding and helped pick out some cute frames. Made the process so easy!
Sara was VERY helpful today I walked in with 2 broken pair of glasses thinking I was going to have to wait forever for a new pair/not able to get them fixed at all but she fixed a pair for me on the spot! I came in sad about them and left out really happy about it! She also provided me with information I didn’t know before so the information she provided me with about my glasses was good to know for the future! Herself is one the best eyeglass places in town! Iv always went here and never had a problem!
