Very poor customer service and communication. I was told there was business parking prior to my appointment, there is not. Building is not easy idenifted from the outside. I had difficulity finding its location. I called to get some customer support and I was told I could no longer keep my appointment and would have to rescheldue. Upsetting as a first time customer coming from out of town.
