I've been happy with The Cleaning Authority's services. We've used them for several months and there were a few instances where I called and expressed concerns and the team resolved them right away. They've also been helpful and flexible with a few schedule changes I have requested. Alex has been cleaning our house for a few months and she does an amazing job! Overall we are very pleased with The Cleaning Authority and especially Alex.
The Cleaning Authority in Kenosha is fantastic. My cleaning team is compromised of April and Rachel and they are amazing!! April’s attention to detail is unparalleled. She truly cares about the work she does and expresses joy in her work! Rachel just started a few weeks ago and she is following April’s lead and is doing a great job!
We’ve used The Cleaning Authority for over a year now, after getting the recommendation from a neighbor who has been using them for many years. We are overall very pleased with the service. We’ve had very few issues, but anytime something has come up, it has been immediately addressed by the team. Alex had done a great job for us!
