One client has been using their services for over 6 years and has had a consistently positive experience, particularly with their caregiver Brook. Brook is described as "heaven sent" and goes above and beyond when it comes to housework, laundry, and shopping. She is also highly skilled at providing companionship, knowing just the right amount of conversation and work time. Another client, a new customer, has had a positive experience with the company so far. The caregiver assigned to them, Milie, is highly praised for her dedication and companionship. She has helped the client feel more normal and has received a perfect 10 out of 10 stars. Currently, there is a temporary staffing issue where a caregiver is out of work due to unplanned surgery. The company is working to resolve this issue and the client has backup plans in place. Overall, Senior Helpers of Racine is known for their friendly, sincere, and knowledgeable staff.
Were helpful w/household duties, meal prep
& husband who has limited mobility, transport to serveral dr appts for him after I had foot surgery. At that time I Cldnt do some of the things I needed to do Was good to have someone here to help w/all.
My Mom has since passed but Senior Helpers was a big help in managing my moms needs which allowed her to stay at home where she wanted to be rather than go to a nursing home. I would recommend you consider using their services if you need a little help with a loved ones care needs, or even more than a little help.
As someone who works in healthcare it's a breath of fresh air to see a provider that genuinely cares about their patients. All of my encounters with the staff and management have been positive and incredibly helpful.
