Steve, David and their team were wonderful to work with. Very professional and honest. All the workers were polite and respectful. They cleaned up after doing their job. Very pleased with RestoreMore! Highly Recommend!
They were prompt, courteous, and straightforward. Their crew arrived within an hour of my initial call. They explained the process and thoroughly answered all my questions. Anthony, Nick, Jarrod, Steve, and all the other staff I had the pleasure of meeting were attentive and never left me feeling like I wasn't a priority. Nick even made sure to be there when my insurance adjuster came to do the initial inspection, in case the adjuster had any questions. All the staff did a fine job, and they're a mom's best friend...they clean up after themselves too!
Back in May during the heavy rain our sump pump burned out and our basement flooded before we realized what was happening. Nick came out and was super helpful. His knowledge and experience made the situation very smooth and easy to get through clean up and repair. I highly recommend these guys. Nick was absolutely awesome to work with.
