The Harbor Park Parcel C Condo Association in Kenosha chose Josh Martin to replace its T-11 townhouse roof along the 300 block of 54th Street in July 2022. What a great company. The proposal was highly competitive. With a large and energetic crew, the entire tear off and replacement took five working days. Josh communicates well, and the project went off perfectly. They have all the heavy equipment needed to perform large commercial or apartment/condo roofing jobs. The new roof looks fantastic, and his crew did a spectacular job of cleaning up all the roofing nails from the parking lot and cleaning up all the debris from the porches and decks. Very happy with this company. Fair pricing, top quality products. Did install in timely matter. Was extremely impressed with clean up. I have tons of flowers around the house and Not One was damaged. Josh's crew is polite, hard working and a pleasure to have at our home. This is a top notch company. It can be a stressful process but this was very pleasant.
