Very professional and personable group! It started way before installation. From introduction to estimation, to follow ups and then installation thru project end left nothing but impressiveness. We received the utmost respect and communication.
The window installers arrived on time and after introductions, went right to work. Very professional and crafted. They performed their work and the QA specialist arrived and inspected the install. The new windows looked great and functioned flawlessly.
Everyone I dealt with was professional and courteous....from the original appointment setter, to the sales guys who came by with options, to the guy who came to do the final measuring... the installers were quick and efficient. The job took less time than I anticipated. I'm very happy with my new windows.
