We are beyond satisfied. Hottest day of 2025 so far and our AC was not working. I contacted J & E just before 5 PM and before 6:30 there was a technician at our house and our air was back on. We are a family that has a senior parent in our house and an adult with disabilities so keeping everyone comfortable is a priority. We appreciate so much your fast service your extremely nice and professional technicians. We will definitely be spreading the word.

I would like to thank J&E employees who came out on and removed my water heater and furnace. They did a superb removal and replacing what was to be done.They spoke to me and showed me how set the furnace thermostat,and showed me the work they did. Courteous and polite they answered questions I had asked. A very good company to come and fix what u need fixed. Plus this couldn't happen if it wouldn't of been for Zulma C. Astudillo she came out and appraised what needed to be replaced I can see where the courteous and politeness comes from great company great people. Thank y'all ever so much

Very friendly and professional crew! They were at my home fast for my water heater emergency, installed my water heater and did a great job. I highly recommend getting service from them!
