I had a good experience at Ivy Nails. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and friendly. They made sure I was comfortable throughout my visit. They did a really good job on my chin and I appreciated the care and attention to detail.
I also really liked the eyebrow advice they gave me, it was helpful, honest, and really suited my face shape, which I appreciated a lot. The atmosphere was clean, relaxing, and professional, and I never felt rushed.
I will definitely be returning and would recommend Ivy Nails to others looking for quality service and great customer care.
I got a full set and 3 days later they started to lift, I went in to have them fixed less than a week later, they charged me 15 dollars and the polish is all jacked up, I am NOT happy
The service was decent. The man who did my pedicure wasn't very talkative to me, more to his coworker next to him. He did a good massage and pedicure. However I feel like customer service was lacking. Maybe that's not important anymore. Most all the customers have their heads buried in their phones anyway, however I didn't and at times it was a bite awkward. Not sure if I'd go back given that there are so many salons to choose from.
