He and his team provided updates and answered questions as they progressed through the remediation work. They accommodated my need for access to portions of my home during the project by setting up containment areas I could access. I hadn't realized how shocking and traumatic losing huge portions of my home would be, including walking into rooms that were only framing and wires. Every individual was extremely kind and empathetic during this process. The attention to detail was top-notch and the company hired to do the post remediation inspection made numerous comments about how thorough and above average the work was despite its involvement.
