Very happy with my new hardwood floors. They are beautiful. Joe Mattes was very helpful picking out what to use. He made suggestions, offered advise without being pushy. The installers were wonderful. Jeff Lunde and his team were on time, courteous, and respectful. They asked for my input, offered advise, but were not pushy. They handled my furniture with care, especially my antiques with sentimental value. They went above and beyond to get me through the installation.

I'm very happy with the cortex flooring that I purchased. The only thing I was not happy with is I overbought by $144 ft which is five full boxes. And they would not take the additional flooring back. They said I had to have 250 ft left for them to take it back. So please make sure to have them measure before you order. And find out if they make the error measuring if they will take excess flooring back. I actually just bought a condo which I did the entire thing so I purchased the square footage of the condo which turned out to be too much. So I guess this was partly my error but I've never actually done this before.

Last week I stopped by Carpetland to price carpet for my bedroom and flooring for my bathroom . The sale’s representatives weren’t friendly. I called back the next day to ask for the measurements of my floors and was told to get them from someone else and slammed the phone down hanging up on me. I called back and asked for a manager and was told that he was not there. I would not ever recommend this location to anyone. I have had a negative experience with this Carpetland before when I purchased carpet for my home almost two years ago.

I had a great experience with Carpetland in Racine. Ken was extremely helpful throughout the entire process and really did everything he could to help me get the best price possible. He was honest, easy to work with and genuinely wanted to make sure everything worked out for me.
The installer did a fantastic job — the carpet looks great and the quality of the work really shows. What impressed me most was how quickly everything was completed. They were able to get my carpet installed just 2 days after I placed the order and really went out of their way to accommodate my schedule.
Overall, excellent service from start to finish. I would definitely recommend Carpetland in Racine to anyone looking for quality carpet and great customer service.
