We had an emergency loss of water at the house and I was able to get same day service. Ben and John did a thorough inspection, promptly identified the problem and it was fixed within a few hours. They were recommended to me by a local plumber and I would definitely recommend them, too.
I received my well service letter from Caledonia and phoned Ben Bracker at Bracker well and pump. I received his answering message and thought of calling someone else. Low and behold I received a call back swiftly from Ben. He answered all my questions immediately and we set up an appointment. He arrived at the time he said he would and got right to work. He immediately discovered some minor things with my well cap and fixed them on the spot. I requested a clorination which he performed immediately. Had all the right tools and supplies. We've been customers for years. Water tests, inspections and pump replacement. Ben is great! Showed up the same day we called. Price was great and work was done fast and professionally. Highly recommend using Bracker Pump and Well.
