If you're looking for a good workout with someone to hold you accountable, this is it. Good people. Coaches are cool. Clean facility, and organized. I let myself deteriorate into the worst shape of my life; starting all over again in my early 50s. They are working with me, patient, and understanding. Everyone wants to see success. Fun!
If you are looking for an athletic club that is more than a gym, then look no further. Here at BRCF they offer a challenging yet fun way to get fit. DON'T BE AFRAID OF THE CHALLENGE THEY HAVE SOMETHING FOR EVERYONE! Staff and members are welcoming no matter your skill level. Plenty of equipment that is in good condition and several class times throughout the day. Great coaches that will help you gain a better understanding of and improve Cross Fit fundamentals.
