Tim and his team did an amazing job with our landscaping project. We had to have a fence torn down and rebuilt, walkway done, and grading to our property. The project was done on time, responsibly priced, and everyone onsite was very polite and professional. Communication about the project was exceptional. I would highly recommend Belle City Lawn Care for any landscaping needs that you have.

Thoroughly impressed with this company from start to finish. Had a new retaining wall and a whole new hardscape done in front. Would recommend by far to everyone I know. Amazing work also very nice guys.

We used Belle City for several years after buying our house in 2020 for landscaping. And were generally happy. So we had them install a new sump pump line. It worked great until the first winter. It kept freezing at the house. Which defeated the purpose of us paying the putting this bigger drain line in. When I checked why it was happening, I noticed they installed the pipe on an angle TOWARDS the house! So water was always just sitting in the pipe. Waiting to freeze. I emailed them immediately and explained the issue. Expecting them to just come out and simply fix the pipe. Their response was to tell me it would cost ME MORE MONEY to have them come and fix THEIR MISTAKE!!! We stopped using Belle City immediately after that and cancelled our annual landscaping with them. I’m writing this review now because I just came in from breaking up the ice inside the pipe in the middle of this blizzard AGAIN!

ZERO stars for snow plowing! Would not give me the option for zero stars. Companies always take on more then they can chew and last night was a prime example of their service.

Tim and his team came to replace some damaged underground drainage piping, add downspout cleanouts, and spread mulch. The work was completed quickly and looks great. Communication is great and payment is easily handled via emIl. I'll definitely have them back.

They did a good job with a retaining wall (although there are voids) and a patio. I asked for some additional grading that would probably take one man about an hour that they refuse to do. They promised to put the lawn back in. Seed was spread in late fall near Thanksgiving. I asked if they would return in the Spring and they said yes. They did not. When I called the owner about all the bare spots and weeds, he said they don't do treatments. I hired another landscaper to reseed. Overall I would not recommend them. The level of service is poor.

We had Belle City Lawn Care fertilize, weed and feed our yard the summer of 2024. During one of the treatments our lawn was burned by one of their techs. I brought it to the attention of the owner via email and he went into denial mode. I finally got his attention with my unpaid account. When he called me about it I reminded him of my email. He asked if they fixed my Lawn would I pay my bill. Absolutely! He stated he personally would be out the next day and repair the damage. The next day an employee showed up, power raked my entire back yard down to soil and re-seeded the back yard without any straw covering. That night it stormed and our yard was a mud pit. I paid my bill. His tech called to schedule the next application and I said take me off your customer list. We fixed our back yard ourselves.

Owner is a polite, hard working man who stands by his work. Had a retaining wall and grass seed planted in a new construction. A couple of hiccups that had to be resolved, but for the most part very pleased. A new construction build can be very frustrating.
