Michael Levin is the best! Since the first PT appointment I’ve had with him my pain has been minimal and no over the counter medication has been needed.

The staff is friendly and welcoming. Worked with PT Michael Levin who provided therapy for back pain. Michael listened and came up with an exercise routine that helped me improve a lot right away. He challenged me with new routines and explained how each of them would help improve and strengthen my back. In between sessions I put in my time on the recommended exercises and that helped me a lot. It was awesome working with Michael who made each session fun and challenging and helped me achieve my objectives.

The social workers there are there judging, but not there to help. I do not want to live anymore and they said they cannot help me. They shouldn't not be there to help people. There was a little bit of sarcasm going on there somewhere rather I don't care what type of feeling I got from them I hope corporate directors of operations hear about this. They are not helping people spend 10 hours spent 10 hours there only for them to tell me they're not helping me you guys could do better.

This is not somewhere to go. If you're having an emergency just die. If not they'll try everything to get money from you. (This place has been ranked the WORST hospital in Wisconsin for over 30 years

I went for a scope.Wad sent home and became very sick I went back to the hospital so sick I could hardly walk into the er. What happened during my throat procedure they punctured my esophagus and I had sepsis I spent 11 days at froedtert Hospital in the ICU because of the mistake and Ascension Hospital. On top of this top management at Ascension blamed me and said I should have come into the hospital sooner they took no responsibility and said anything can happen I will never set foot into that facility and if you work there I would tell you to find another job.

filed a complaint in December of 2022. hospital called on August 3rd of 2023. questioned what took so long. told they were right on time with call back. told them husband died in January. told by them that then no action against nursing staff needed to be taken as husband was now dead.

Went to ER with pneumonia. ER CARE WAS GOOD, but there were no rooms in the Hospital so I had to stay in the ER til the found a room. Once I was on the floor everything went downhill. There was no communication between the shifts. Kept getting different stories, then I was told several times I was not diabetic even though I was diagnosed as such 7 years ago. Can not recommend this place to anyone.
