Incredible customer service. Everyone was very polite and attentive. They got me to the back for my exam quickly and were very thorough and explained everything well. Emilie was the person who helped me pick my glasses and she was so thoughtful and patient in making sure everything was gonna fit right and be comfortable. She even noticed my old frames that I had been wearing for almost a decade, one of the arms was falling off and was tapped back together by me. Emilie offered to see if they had any frames that would fit my existing lens and that way I would have functioning glasses till my new ones came in. The staff were great and the doctor was very thorough and informative. The staff helped me to pick the right frames and helped me to get the best deal on the exam and glasses. Would definitely recommend.
They went above and beyond to help me out with the process and completion to get my glasses. Found my insurance company and applied all coupons and discounts to save me almost half off. Adriana was fabulous helping with frames and tints. Highly recommend America’s Best Racine
