I’ve been working with Patryck for the last year, with a goal of getting strength back after a knee injury. It was my first time ever working with a personal trainer, and I can’t say enough how much I enjoyed it! I can definitely feel a difference in my strength and stamina. It’s been awesome challenging myself and seeing everything I can do. All while getting support and encouragement from an amazing trainer. I’ll definitely miss Active Body Fitness when I go back to Tennessee! Thanks for everything!

ABF has been life changing for me! I've been working out for years but usually through pain I had from old injuries that could never be corrected no matter what kind of therapy I tried over the years and I tried everything and anything to try getting pain relief. When I met Brandon the owner of ABF he was able to see structurally what my issues were and specifically how to correct them through mobility and specific strengthening exercise. I was a mess physically when I started with him but felt very hopeful as this wasn't an everyday trainer.
