The owner Qim did me wrong she charged my crcd $115 when I said $100 and I gave cash of $45 included a tip of $30 when i told her about the error she said people give me bigger tips...next visit left me with a chopped cut after less then 10 minutes into a cut she said she could do but to my surprise...i said can you at least blend the top to.the sides. Looks like two different cuts. Qim said i can not do this cut people will say it is ugly. She then said you do not need to pay me until.you go home decide you like it. I left what cash i had in my pocket $8 and never looked back Was bewildered and crying on my way home.
