“We've had a great experience with Apel over the last 10 years. They've provided payroll service and tax prep for 2 different companies and a church that I've worked with as a bookkeeper. Wait times and turn around times have always seemed reasonable. Prices are fair and they generally respond to questions quickly.”
“Jill, Trayven and Kari have been fantastic. Always quick to respond, even during busy seasons. They ask the right questions and left me feeling confident that my situation was in good hands. When my eFile got rejected by the IRS, they contacted me immediately to let me know the potential cause and had a paper file printed out and marked for signature that same day so I could drop it off at the post office.Extremely pleased with the quality and professional atmosphere. Would recommend to anyone looking for help.”
“I'd give 10 stars if I could.
Scheduling an appointment was very easy, Amy was in touch ahead of time with a secure portal for uploading documents, there was almost no wait time after checking in for my appointment, and Amy was amazing.
At all stages the staff has been professional, friendly, and welcoming. Amy was incredibly knowledgeable & thorough - double checking to ensure info was accurate and nothing was missed, and she was so friendly, polite and personable.
I am so happy to have found Confidential Accounting and Tax and see myself employing their services for many years to come. Thanks so much to the whole team.”
