Scheduling an appointment was very easy, Amy was in touch ahead of time with a secure portal for uploading documents, there was almost no wait time after checking in for my appointment, and Amy was amazing.
At all stages the staff has been professional, friendly, and welcoming. Amy was incredibly knowledgeable & thorough - double checking to ensure info was accurate and nothing was missed, and she was so friendly, polite and personable.
I am so happy to have found Confidential Accounting and Tax and see myself employing their services for many years to come. Thanks so much to the whole team.
Amy is absolutely wonderful to work with and great at what she does. She makes filing our taxes very easy. She is kind and helpful! The hours are GREAT during tax season here. Also, the receptionist is so friendly and our wait was very quick. This is also a great location! We would highly recommend working with Amy!
They had some ups and downs but Amy the owner has made everything right with my dad and his buisness. I have to say she is really easy to work with and communication is easy with her. Open and honest and she has definitely impressed and made us happy. Give her patience if you have had a bad experience reach out to Amy and she will make it right and work with you.
