In 2020 I had a new AC/ furnace install by Brad. Instead of replacing the $20 control panel for my AC unit, they used the old one bypassing the fuses. Somehow, this worked for 5 years before it didn't. After opening the panel and seeing the bypassed fuses I never felt so let down. What happened to safety? We don't have many businesses to choose from here but shop around! I received no apologies or call back after calling Brad out for this shady installation.

Called Brad Monday morning as my AC was not working correctly. He had a very nice young man come and service it. New motor and the AC is working very well. Looking forward to a good night of sleep. I highly recommend them.

Outstanding service! We had to make a weekend call when our air wasn’t working efficiently . Brad got back to us right away with quotes for a new system and had it installed promptly and professionally. Highly recommend!
