123 N Ohio St, Prairie du Chien“In 2020 I had a new AC/ furnace install by Brad. Instead of replacing the $20 control panel for my AC unit, they used the old one bypassing the fuses. Somehow, this worked for 5 years before it didn't. After opening the panel and seeing the bypassed fuses I never felt so let down. What happened to safety? We don't have many businesses to choose from here but shop around! I received no apologies or call back after calling Brad out for this shady installation.“
