I stopped to get just a basic oil change and was told it would be 3 to 4 hours to get my vehicle serviced, this was at 3 pm and they close at 7 pm. I am a former support Manager in a store a lot more busy than Portage Wi. I ended just taking my car and leaving! Very unacceptable! I'll just do it my self at home now!

Don't let them touch your car. They have very limited tools and knowledge so when something goes wrong with whatever they're doing on your car you'll have to wait to get it into a different shop. Portage tire has excellent service.
