The Country Plumber was recommended by the City of Portage Water department due to having a Lateral line potentially plugged by debris/tree roots. When Country Plumbers was contacted the receptionist was really polite and understood my concern. After checking with Management for response time a voicemail was left on my phone stating they could respond the same day. The Country Plumber team arrived validated the concerns removed necessary equipment and promptly snacked over 75 feet of lateral plumbing pipe finding debris that cause for blockage and basement flooding.
