Woke up do a cold shower and immediately call Harbor city plumbing. I was advised they could set up an appointment the next morning. About noon I got a call back that said they had a cancellation and could be there in an hour. Two service people showed up and within an hour we had a new water heater. Very prompt service and I would call them again.

My sump pump went out and water was flooding the basement they came out with in hours of the call and the young man waited through 2 inches of water and fixed the problem in a very timely manner at a very fair price very happy with his work and the company

Called Harbor City around 11am today, Doug was able to come out within 2 hours and replace a burst pipe on our hose bib that was leaking into our basement. Absolutely incredibly work, fast, reasonably priced! Cannot recommend enough.

After the recent spring blizzard, my sump pump decided its time on earth was over. Harbor City Plumbing came through quickly and made the whole thing a lot less painful than I expected. Communication was prompt, the price was fair, and the final bill matched the quote they gave me upfront.
Dylan did the work and was great. He was really patient with my questions, explained the new pump in normal-person language, and made sure I understood how it all worked before he left. Just an all-around solid experience, and my basement is now better than ever!
