We had a short circuit in our house that was causing a spark in our breaker box, and K W was able to come out quickly (within about 90 minutes of calling) to fix the issue. The electrician (Chris) was professional, kind, and resolved the issue quickly. He also fixed one of our older switches while he was at the house. Highly recommended and we will use them again for any electrical needs.
They did a good job (as far as I can tell). However, their communication was not good:
-rescheduled the day before for weeks out.
-didn't send me an invoice. I had to ask for one weeks later
-didn't send me a way to pay the invoice. I had to ask.
-didn't tell me that the 1-day 1-person residential project was going to cost an extra $550 worth of labor because a 2nd person was going to be brought in for the full day
I've got nothing against this company personally, but at the end of the day I received an unexpectedly high (and uncommunicated) $1,400 bill that I myself had to get them to send me (which obviously feels bad).
We had electric service emergency. Was very Thankful KW came and got everything changed out and updated. And fixed everthing. The guys that came worked really hard did a great job. And worked ot everything with power company. THANKS SO MUCH!!
