ZERO STARS!!! Made an appt for a new puppy. called back THE SAME DAY to cancel because I was able to make an appointment at a more desirable clinic. Whoever I spoke with never got the appointment cancelled and now they are sending me bills for a missed appointment. they are bat $#it crazy if they think I am paying for the mistake of one of their employees!!!

After taking our puppy in for a wellness check because our pupstarted having very loose stools& was becoming lethargic.We tried to get Dr John ( Our family vet fordecades) Our only choice was Dr.Crispin. I was Leary because shehas so many questionable reviews.The Vet Tech had a Sales Pitch forEVERYTHING under the sun. Whenthe Dr came in their was a difficultconversation from her. Basicallya few suggestions. Suggesteda certain dog food (Never got it)So much Sales Pitch going on the dog food was forgotten. Diagnosis ??Couldn't tell you...Just basic puppy diareah I guess. So for a High Pitched Sales Speech ( The tech was very polite & I think a lotmore talkative... read full review
