We could not have been more impressed with the people that worked here during our install. The electricians TJ, Jenny and Dennis were really professional and polite, yet really friendly and patient with all of my (many) questions. We could not say enough about them. The others on the crew including Alex, Robbie and all of the others whose names I didn't hear, were equally first-rate. I'm not sure how the company does its hiring, but everyone that we have worked with has been great. We had a really good experience, from the first planning visit with Keith, to all of the office staff, Charles, etc, etc.

Arch staff were amazing. They did our installation on the coldest day of the year, after our 18” snowfall which meant shoveling off the roof first. Most people would have called it off. They were also responsive and got the job done as promised. Thank you Arch!
