The check-in system is a fantastic idea. It makes it safe for the animals and people. Staff is caring & always helpful. Dr Lauren is awesome. She is very thorough and gentle. My senior dog , who had a back injury, is alive today because Dr Lauren put him on a schedule of pain management medications. I highly recommend Dr Lauren and the clinic.
Needed a second opinion on my Yorkie. They got me in a few days, broke down the different areas, that I was concerned about. Then they printed out the cost of plan and what would fit my budget. Where is the best way to start, to find the real cause. Their spendy...but you get results.
They take measures to make the environment as calm and safe-feeling as possible for my pet. Very calm, skilled VMAs and we love Dr. Karnitz. They do great follow up and support us in our care of our cats.
