Mike's service & hospitality went above & beyond after I was in an accident yesterday. I can't possibly thank Mike enough for making the day much less of a hassle.
Easily the best towing experience around. The driver was professional and very kind, which is so important after an accident when everyone is shaken up. Mike and Kristin were incredibly helpful and kind. They were prompt in picking me up after my car accident. It was cold and snowy and someone was on the way to get us, but Mike stayed to first see if my car would start after we got back to the lot, and then dropped us off at the Kwik Trip around the corner so we could wait somewhere warm and seated. I had a misunderstanding with my insurance company, and they were ready to waive my storage fee if needed. I also forgot my ipass in the vehicle when I was removing my belongins and Kristin was more than happy to mail it back to me. Can only reccomend this company!Service: Car towing
