I ordered a Tagaki tankless water heater from their website. They had great pricing and quick shipping. We installed the water heater and it stopped working. I contacted them and they actually picked up their phone and they initiated the warranty process for me very quickly and shipped out another unit. Everyone there is very kind and truly care about the customer. Customer service like this is rare with online companies. I'm looking forward to doing business with them again in the future.
