Thank you to the two wonderful receptionist that took my call and helped guide me, leading to my child getting a quick appointment. Those ladies and the clinic understand having a college child, doesn't necessarily mean adulthood. They understood my child who is hours from home and sick, knows how to make an appointment, but yet doesn't quite understand. Thank you office staff for being compassionate, helpful, and most of understanding to your college students and their "helicopter" parents! I Believe that Medical Associate's of Platteville is one of the greatest clinic in my area. I feel that they treat me as a person instead of a number. They take the time to listen to you. I would refer them to anyone who asks.
